Official summary
Some 2017 fusion vehicles equipped with 1.5l, 2.0l, and 2.5l engines and built on 27-may-2016 and through 30-sep-2016 may exhibit a neutral tow option in the instrument panel cluster (ipc) that does not respond to inputs. This feature is not available on these vehicles and should not be available in the ipc. Reprogram the ipc to the latest calibration using the integrated diagnostic system (ids) version 102.04 or higher. Make sure you are connected to the internet when entering module programming to obtain the latest updates. Calibration files may also be obtained at www.motorcraftservice.com.
