Official summary
Some 2011-2016 f-super duty vehicles equipped with a 6.7l diesel engine, may exhibit an illuminated mil with dtcs p208e and/or p218f stored in the powertrain control module (pcm) memory due to urea crystals forming on the reductant injector nozzle. Follow the service procedure steps to correct the condition.
