Some 2017 mkz vehicles built on or before 1-sep-2016 may exhibit the interior courtesy lamps flickering. Reconfigure the body control module (bcm) using as-built programming. Make sure you are connected to the internet when entering module programming to obtain the latest data. For claiming, use causal part 15604 and applicable labor operations in section 10 of the service labor time standards (slts) manual.
