Official summary
Some 2016-2017 transit vehicles with low mileage equipped with a 3.2l engine and built on or before 13-nov-2016 may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (mil) and diagnostic trouble code (dtc) p24a5 at a low time in service approximately 8,000 km (5,000 miles) with or without p2457. This may be due to the vehicle being built with an egr cooler that is not correct for the vehicle. Follow the service procedure steps to correct the condition.
