Official summary
Tsb: some 2015 model year tacoma and 4runner vehicles equipped with a 1gr-fe engine may exhibit a mil on condition with diagnostic trouble code (dtc) p011b - engine coolant temperature / intake air temperature correlation when no part malfunction is present. The engine control module/ecm (sae term: powertrain control module/pcm) logic has been modified to reduce the possibility of this condition occurring. Use the following repair procedure to address this condition.
