Tsb: some 2004 2006 model year sienna vehicles may exhibit a condition where the front driver and/or passenger seat belt becomes abnormally slow to retract, or does not retract smoothly. Follow the procedure in this bulletin to replace the front seat belt assemblies to address this condition.
