Official summary

Some vehicles may exhibit an engine vibration and rattle noise at idle in d or r range after the engine reaches normal operating temperature. This may be caused by the orifice of the oil-filled no.3 engine mount becoming clogged with deposits generated inside, changing the damping characteristic of the engine mount. To correct the problem, the engine mount has been/will be modified.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
