Official summary
Some 2017 fusion vehicles equipped with a rotary dial gsm and built on or before 8/9/2016 may experience a no crank/no start condition along with dtcs p0915 and/or p0814. These codes set when the gsm experiences low battery voltage at start up. Charge the battery to a full state of charge of 12.5 volts or higher. Clear dtc's. Reprogram the gsm to the latest calibration using ids release 101.05 or higher. Make sure you are connected to the internet when entering module programming to obtain the latest updates.
