"this service information bulletin reviews a design change to the engine wiring harness to eliminate improper diagnosis of the evaporative leak check module (elcm) by the ecm which could set diagnostic trouble code (dtc) p0451 in error. Some examples of other dtcs affected by this harness change are: p0068, p0452, p0453, p0107, p0108 and p0300. The change involves a repositioning of the sensor and actuator wiring ground junction point to a location unaffected by engine movement and high temperatures (near turbocharger) which may develop excessive resistance.
