This bulletin provides the procedure to replace the exterior door handle trim cap of some 2015-2015 my sorento (xma) vehicles, produced from october 1, 2013 through may 14, 2014, which may experience a loose or missing exterior rear door handle cap(s). Follow the procedure in this bulletin to replace both exterior rear door handle trim caps, even when only one (1) trim cap is affected.
