Official summary
This is a technical service bulletin (tsb) that was sent to dealers. This tsb provides instructions for inspection of oil leakage from the front oil seal on the crankshaft, and if confirmed, to replace the front oil seal. Dealers are to also inspect and clean the rubber of the crankshaft pulley, and replace the crankshaft pulley if rubber is damaged.
