Official summary
Some 2015-2017 mkc vehicles equipped with a dsp module may exhibit diagnostic trouble codes (dtcs) b1a10, b1a11, b1045 and/or b13fd with no observable audio malfunction after performing a dsp module on-demand self test. If any of these dtcs are present, perform the speaker walk around test. Refer to bezel diagnostics in workshop manual (wsm), section 415-00. If the speaker walk around test passes and no audio system malfunction is observed disregard the dtc(s). These codes cannot be cleared from the dsp module.
