Official summary
Some 2015-2016 transit vehicles equipped with a 3.2l diesel engine with less than 10,500 km (6,500 miles) and built on 5/11/2015 and through 2/8/2016 may exhibit a crank no start condition and/or malfunction indicator lamp (mil) illumination with diagnostic trouble codes (dtcs) p2291 and/or p0087. This may be due to a fuel injection pump. Follow the service procedure steps to correct the condition.
