Official summary
Some 2009-2010 f-150 and 2011-2016 explorer vehicles may have a seat cushion cover that appears loose near the front of the seat. This may be caused by the seat cushion cover j-retainer becoming disengaged from the seat cushion pan flange. Follow the service procedure steps to correct the condition.
