Official summary
Pitstop: rattle noise from dash or glove box area above 50 mph - a customer complaint of a steady rattle noise, which increases with intensity above 50 mph, may be due to wind buffeting across the insulator at the rear opening of the left and right side fenders. The exact location of this noise may be difficult for the driver to pinpoint due to the stereo effect created by the noise occurring on both sides, however, when riding with an assistant in the passenger seat, they may be able to hear the noise grow louder in volume when leaning forward and towards the a-pillar.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
