Official summary
Service procedure: if the customer declines the recall repair 2013-10, dealer has to make sure that customer fully understand the consequences (under very hot ambiance conditions and at low speed riding, the temperature in the engine compartment may rise and thereby increase the risk of skin burn or vehicle fire). If customer still refuses, dealer has to provide letter attached.
