"dealer message - american honda previously announced safety recalls for some 2008 and 2009 accord sedan vehicles to reflash and/or replace the srs control units to reduce the potential for inadvertent deployment and improve crash detection. Vehicles affected by the possibility of inadvertent deployment now have an available repair. The recently updated bulletin 15-078, safety recall: 2008 09 accord srs unit update (rewrite) is updated and it allows affected vehicles to receive the recommended repair.
