Official summary
Tsb: some 2014 2015 model year highlander vehicles may exhibit a condition when the a/c system is turned on, it may take a longer than expected amount of time until it begins to blow cool air. Under certain conditions a/c cooling is delayed 90 sec. 120 sec. An updated a/c compressor and a/c amplifier are available to address this condition. Follow the procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.
