Customer letter - our records indicate that a product update has not been completed on this vehicle; refer to the address card for the affected vin. While driving, the vehicle may shift into neutral and the transmission indicator comes on. The driver will not be able to select any other gear until the vehicle is turned off and restarted. Please contact any authorized acura dealer to schedule a service appointment. The dealer will update the software in your vehicle. This work will be done free of charge.
