"tsb: august 11, 2016 rev1: gs model vehicles were removed and a new bulletin l-sb-0043-16 is now available for this model. Any previous printed versions of this bulletin should be discarded. Some 2006 2009 model year is 250/350, 2008 2009 model year is-f, 2007 2009 ls 460/460l, and 2008 - 2009 ls 600h models may exhibit a discolored and/or striped condition inside the inner rear view mirror glass as shown in figure 1. An improved service part has been developed to correct this condition. "
