Official summary

Service bulletin - acura is extending the warranty on the torque converter to 8 years from the original date of purchase or 105,000 miles, whichever comes first. There is a judder from the torque converter lock-up clutch felt while driving between 20 45 mph. To minimize the possibility for the judder to occur, a software update for the transmission is available. If judder returns after updating the software, the torque converter may need to be replaced.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
