Service action: fuel door actuator replacement (sa217) - this bulletin describes the procedure to replace the fuel door actuator of some 2013my optima (qf) vehicles, produced from february 1, 2013 ~ march 14, 2013, which may exhibit an inoperable fuel door actuator. Follow the procedure outlined below to replace the fuel door actuator with an improved part and resolve the concern. Kia is requesting the completion of this service action on all affected vehicles. Before conducting the procedure, verify the vehicle is included in the list of affected vins.
