Official summary
Some 2010 model year Tacoma vehicles equipped with the 2TR-FE engine may exhibit a front exhaust pipe catalyst rattle noise and/or MIL "ON" condition with OTC P0420 (Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold) stored in the Engine Control Module (ECM) (SAE Term: Powertrain Control Module/PCM) . Refer to the repair procedure to address this condition .
