Official summary
ENERGI - MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP (MIL) WITH DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) P0C27 AND/OR P0C28 ISSUE Some 2016 Fusion Energi and C-Max Energi vehicles may exhibit a MIL with DTC P0C27 and/or P0C28. ACTION Reprogram the powertrain control module (PCM) and the hybrid powertrain control module (SOBDMC) to the latest calibration using IDS release 99.03 or higher. Make sure you are connected to the internet when entering module programming to obtain the latest updates. Calibration files may also be obtained at www.motorcraftservice.com.
