Bmw: n54 engines-misfire faults, diagnosis with istad. Situation (1) service engine soon lamp is illuminated with various misfire fault codes (e.g., 29cc, 29d2, 29d1, 29d0, 29c0, 29cf) stored in dme control module. Do not follow the recommendation of the test plan to replace a complete set of the injectors. Situation (2) service engine soon lamp is illuminated and a single, individual cylinder misfire fault is store in the dme. Swap the affected injector with one from another bank. No models or model years are listed. *pe
