The windshield washer fluid level sensor on some trucks may leak allowing washer fluid to wick through the wiring harness to the ambient temperature sensor. This can damage the ambient temperature sensor and cause illumination of the malfunction indicator lamp (mil) or may result in a non-functional low washer fluid warning lamp. *pe
