Official summary
Idle rpm flare cold vehicle operation-revised transmission oil fill level. Some vehicles may exhibit slight idle flare at launch. This may occur during cold 25 degrees to 43 degrees temperatures and is most noticeable after extended idling. Once the transmission warms, the condition will no longer be experienced. *kb
