“This isn't an incident, but apparently has led to an incident for many. Drivers side shoulder belts easily fold over itself on the side, so then won't retract through the slot in the pillar. ***safety issue*** due to design, happened a lot. Replacement of assembly seems to not be a reliable fix…”
