In the event of a short circuit of a tool plugged into the onboard electrical socket, the GFPE breaker may not trip at the proper current before the user receives a shock.

The vehicles have a switch to monitor whether the hood is open or not. If the switch thinks that the hood is open, the vehicle software may disable the Aerial or Digger Derrick remote engine control functions.
