The defect
T.A. Pelsue is recalling certain 2024-2025 Fost XL, FiberLite Pod Tradesman, FiberLite XL Tradesman, and 2025 MPCCT trailers. The axle mounting bracket may not be aligned with the frame, causing the bracket to crack and fail.

An axle bracket that cracks or fails can result in a loss of control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Owners are advised to remove trailers from service if cracks are found between the two mounting slots or any loose or non-flush bolts. The remedy is currently under development.
