The defect

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2027 Sabre, No Boundaries, Ibex, Surveyor, Sierra, and Sandpiper travel trailers. The Federal Placard may state an incorrect fresh water tank capacity. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."

The risk

Incorrect water tank capacity information can allow the vehicle to be overloaded and increase the risk of a crash.
