2023 Chrysler Pacifica, 2023 Chrysler Voyager Recall: Due to a manufacturing error, the rearview camera image may not display
NHTSA campaign 25V388000 · Equipment · filed Jun 12, 2025 · verified Jul 30, 2026
The defect
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2023 Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager vehicles. Due to a manufacturing error, the rearview camera image may not display. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."
The risk
A rearview image that does not display reduces the driver's view of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
