The defect

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2023 GLC 300 and GLC 300 4MATIC vehicles. The driver's and front passenger seat rail may have been incorrectly attached to the vehicle body.

The risk

An incorrectly attached seat may not properly restrain the driver during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
