The defect

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2020-2024 Coachmen Galleria motorhomes. The battery boost wiring may become damaged, resulting in an electrical short circuit and causing a loss of power steering.

The fix — what to do

Dealers will relocate the wiring to a different lug, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 13, 2024. Owners may contact Forest River Customer Service at 1-574-825-6319. Forest River's number for this recall is 225-1716.
