The defect
Explorer Van Company (Explorer) is recalling certain 2020-2022 upfitted GMC Savana and 2020 upfitted Ford Transit vans, equipped with certain Onan QG 2800i generator sets. The fuel hose between the fuel filter and Injection Pump Module (IPM) may not be properly secured, which can cause a gas leak.
The risk
A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of fire.
