The defect

Winnebago Towable (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2022 Micro Minnie travel trailers. The solar panel mounting hardware may loosen, which can cause the solar panel to detach from the vehicle.

A detached solar panel can become a road hazard and increase the risk of a crash.

The fix — what to do

Dealers will install adhesive tape between the solar panel and mounting bracket, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 9, 2023. Owners may contact Winnebago customer service at 1-574-825-5280 ext. 5220. Winnebago's number for this recall is CAM0000030.
