The defect

Lion Electric Company (Lion) is recalling certain 2020-2022 Lion6 and Lion8 vehicles. The rear axle adjusting ring fasteners were not tightened properly on the passenger-side, which can cause premature wear on the suspension and differential components.

The risk

The suspension can separate from the frame, causing a loss of vehicle control and increasing the risk of a crash.
