The defect

McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing, Inc. (McNeilus) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Zero Radius trucks. The ejector welds may fail, causing pressure and force to be placed on the hydraulic cylinder, which can cause it to penetrate through the side of the truck body.

The risk

A hydraulic cylinder that penetrates the side of a truck body increases the risk of injury.
