The defect

Maintainer Corporation of Iowa, Inc. (Maintainer) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Maintainer crane equipped truck bodies with a Miller Enpak. The output inductor may contact the frame of the Enpak, causing an electric arc.

An electric arc increases the risk of a fire.

The fix — what to do

Dealers will install a new cross bracket, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on March 21, 2022. Owners may contact Maintainer's customer service at 1-800-831-8588.
