The defect
Equipment Technology, L.L.C. (ETI) is recalling certain 2020 ETI ETC 37 IH vehicles. Due to improper welds and the thickness of the steel boom tubes, the aerial platform may unexpectedly fall.
The risk
An aerial lift platform collapse can increase the risk of injury.

Equipment Technology will notify owners and will replace the boom tubes on all affected aerial lift trucks at ETI's facility, free of charge. The recall began September 9, 2020. Owners may contact ETI customer service at 1-405-748-3841.
