The defect
Supreme Corporation (Supreme) is recalling certain 2017 Supreme Signature Van, Iner-City and Kold King vehicles. These vehicles may have been built without rear and/or side reflex reflectors. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
The risk
Missing reflective devices reduce the vehicle's visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
