The defect

PROLine Products LLC (PROLine) is recalling certain 2016-2017 Cargo trailers equipped with 3500lb-capacity galvanized Dexter Torflex axles. Due to the acorn wheel nuts that secure the wheels to the hub being too short, the wheels may detach during use.

The risk

If the trailer wheels loosen or detach, it can increase the risk of a crash.
