The defect

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2016 Jay Flight SLX recreational trailers manufactured March 3, 2016, to April 20, 2016. The bolts that secure the propane tank to the trailer's A-frame may be missing lock washers, allowing the propane tank to loosen and detach from the vehicle.

The risk

If the propane tank detaches from the trailer, there is an increased risk of a crash.
