2015 Palomino Palomini Recall: Cambers in the axle tubes may have been installed upside down
NHTSA campaign 15V487000 · Power Train · filed Aug 5, 2015 · verified Jul 30, 2026
The defect
Forest River, Inc.(Forest River) is recalling certain model year 2015 Palomino PaloMini vehicles manufactured November 14, 2014, to July 23, 2015. The cambers in the axle tubes may have been installed upside down. This can cause the tube to appear bent downward towards the ground, when the bend should be pointing upwards to the unit floor.
The risk
A mispositioned camber may come in contact with a tire, a spindle or other components leading to fracture or failure, and increasing the risk of a crash.
