The defect
ON CERTAIN MOTORCYCLES, THE CLAMPING BLOCKS AND THE TOP FORK BRIDGE WERE NOT MANUFACTURED ACCORDING TO SPECIFICATIONS. CONSEQUENTLY, THE HANDLEBARS MIGHT NOT BE HELD SECURELY IN POSITION.
The risk
IT IS POSSIBLE FOR THE HANDLEBARS TO MOVE OUT OF THEIR CORRECT POSITION WHEN THE MOTORCYCLE IS BEING MANEUVERED, OR WHEN IT IS BEING RIDDEN, INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH.
