ON CERTAIN TRUCKS, THE BRAKE PEDAL PUSHROD WAS NOT TIGHTENED PROPERLY DURING ASSEMBLY.

LOOSE BRAKE PEDAL PUSHROD JAM NUTS COULD CAUSE LOSS OF CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND A CRASH MAY OCCUR.
