THE VOLTAGE CONVERTER IN THE VEHICLE'S LOAD CENTER DISTRIBUTION PANEL MAY HAVE BEEN INCORRECTLY WIRED POSSIBLY RESULTING IN THE CONVERTER AND CERTAIN OBJECTS BEING ELECTRICALLY ENERGIZED.
