“While driving 45 mph an accident occurred consumer's vehicle rear-ended another vehicle. Upon impact, air bags on either side did not deploy. Consumer sustained a broken nose from hitting her face on the steering wheel. Contacted the dealer, and was told to contact nhtsa. *ak”
