“I noticed a black dark grease on the inner rim and axle hub. I was told by a neighbor with the same make and year that this is a leaking bearing seal and that the entire axle has to be replaced. I consider this a hazard if the bearing seal has leaked all over the rear brake pads and shoes. *kb”
