  • As has happened to close to 100% of quest/mercury villager owners, I have cracked manifolds, missing manifold studs, and several broken manifold studs. This results in poor starts, exhaust leaks, and a noticeable "clacking" (exhaust leak) upon acceleration. My vehicle has 118k miles. I…

  • Brake lights: the electrical wiring is too short. Must be fixed at least 4-5 times per week otherwise, when brake pedal is pressed, brake light doesn't light up. Seats: rattle & move even when engaged. Windshield washer motor: does not work at all. Maybe once every 4-5 months (if I'm lucky)…
